MINNEAPOLIS (August 12, 2010) —  Nearly four in five Americans (78 percent) find it difficult to spend quality time with their loved ones, even on the one day of the week many find best suited for family time – Sunday.  According to a new survey1 by Pillsbury®, an overwhelming majority (86 percent) of individuals are looking for convenient ways to share time with their family as they end the week. To inspire families nationwide to recapture Sunday mornings as a time for togetherness, Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls is teaming up with Melissa Joan Hart – mother, businesswoman and star of the new ABC Family sitcom, “Melissa & Joey,” premiering August 17 –  to launch the My Sweet Sunday Moment contest.  The contest will help to remind families of the ease of Sunday mornings together, especially around the kitchen table.

1 The Pillsbury My Sweet Sunday Moment survey was conducted by Kelton Research between June 28th and July 2nd, 2010 via email invitation and an online survey. A nationally representative sample of 1,005 Americans ages 18+ was used. The margin of error at a 95% confidence level was +/- 3.1% for the entire sample.
