This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have a smile that you’re proud to show off!
All you have to do is be willing to share your story with us – and America – from start to finish. America will help choose the top contestants and 1-800-DENTIST will select the winner!
U.S. residents 18 and over are eligible to enter.
Step One – Upload Your Video
- Shoot a 2 minute video of yourself telling us what you don’t like about your smile and what you want to fix. Be sure to show your teeth! Upload your video anytime by 11/10.
- Include details about how your smile affects the way you feel and how you interact with others as well as personal anecdotes.
- Remember, the goal is to win the hearts of America and a $30,000 smile makeover! Make your story compelling (but please, keep it honest).
Step Two – Have Your Family & Friends Vote
- You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail after your video is uploaded.
- Each contestant video will have its own page, including a brief personal summary. This is where friends, family and the rest of America can cast their vote!
- Ask friends and family to cast their vote from 11/10 noon – 12/1 noon PST. Only one vote per person per day allowed.
The winner of My Smile Bites! will be announced on December 15, 2009* noon PST. As the winner, you must be willing to have your smile makeover process captured on film, including dental visits and before and after experiences.
