Imagine your mother/father being able to record a family story, bedtime tale or other phrases – from the comfort of their home computers in Florida, and share them with your children in California. Now imagine that they are able to share these through a stuffed toy (called a Woozee). That’s exactly what ToyBots is shooting for with the launch of their company at TechCrunch50.

These Woozees can be completely refreshed from a computer or iPhone application, and messages can be timed to be recited at certain times of the day (such as enabling Dad to deliver a bedtime story at 8 pm to his children in San Francisco while on a business trip in Hong Kong, or being able to time the Woozee to wake you up in the morning and deliver a good morning message from Mom, who had an early business meeting). The toy has GPS that will enable the child to learn valuable messages about his or her location – enhancing any family trip.
Next week, Woozees will be announcing a major partnership with a national retailer – making it possible for you to get your hands on and check out this great new technology. We hope to hear more from ToyBots.com as they announce upcoming partnerships, distribution channels, and other news! What a great idea!

This sounds fantastic! We have famly so spread apart that this would be a HUGE hit!! I would love to work with this company!!!
